Does NOT come with tools. Will be emptied out when bought.
Will probably need cat back exhaust soon and the hood has rust on the inside by the latch. Car-parts has white hoods for cheap. May need small odds and ends. Its got bumps and scratches but its a cheap, used, work van and its priced accordingly. I have a truck and don't need this van anymore. Great little van for deliveries or a handyman service. 20+ mpg.
