Hello I am in need of something nice i have 2 children in which 1 or both are coming with me in which I should know more soon. I am a quiet non drama no eviction and no criminal history as well, am trying to leave where I am and trying to get something better and nicer to live, I am begging anyone seeing this will help me in some way shape or form.
I am looking for something that has all utilities included in rent or most, or something a landlord can help us out, I have good rent history as I always pay my rent with no problems at all. But all im asking is a chance from a landlord to please help, I want to make something on a permenant basis to give my kids a better way of life, I am asking for personal help. I will pay my rent and if deposit is to big can u split it up into payments and can make a contract of it.
So we hoping cats are allowed we have one if not no worries, but i can pay up to 600 month i know got to be something like a 2 or 3 bedroom. Talk Soon,
