Whistles, bobs head up and down, loves to be on shoulder, wings are not clipped.
Due to life circumstances, unable to provide attention and care baby bird deserves. He's very sweet, funny and loves to hang out. Though he's weird about toys or food (e.g. cilantro) hanging above him or big spinach and can act defensive - just remove objects and leave him be, and if he gets scared just speak to him in a sweet voice and he'll be ok. I used to spend about 30-60 mins a day with him and let him fly during that time.
