Hello I'm looking for a owner financing option house don't need to be really large just nice would prefer a rural setting I could do up to 30k down and up to 1200 per month need something asap I'm in wellsburg would prefer close by but willing to look at all offer not interested in like wertion or steubenville in town would consider a small town like Bethany or st.c but again prefer rural please reach out if you have something thanks
