Looking to rent with possible option for purchase a small, rural single story home or cabin. Preferably dead end street or wooded area. Need a yard with room for my pet fence for my dog so pets must be permitted. The pet fence currently encloses approximately 20’ x 60’ area. House can need some cosmetic work (cleaning, painting, minor repairs) but sewer system, roof, windows, furnace and hot water tank should be in good shape. I’m selling my home in a busy neighborhood and looking for something to purchase that is private and peaceful. I’d like to rent said property for some time to decide if it will fit with us.
