Posting for a friend but I know alot about it first off NO TITLE it's a 1992 I believe 28ft my friend is asking $2200 complete front redone it's older it's not new by any means but now has many more yrs left to use on private property somewhere it had a title until the last owner lost it and said they wouldn't go get another one after he had already purchased it so that's the story of the title the past owners are rich and it was trash to them it was at rayland marina for years I don't have any Pictures of the outside but will be posting them as soon as I get them needs 2 tires and water lines hooked back up everything worked prior to remodeling it so id expect it will all work again once hooked back up hot water tank was frozen and busted but it's aluminum so for $50.00 it could be welded back to operational condition 1 windows was cracked due to mowing grass no leaks in the roof as far as I know mew floor studs from living room to front wall new plywood new flooring bedroom has new flooring plus carpet and padding very soft but that's about it he's asking $2200 you will not receive a title you will need 2 tires or get 2 tires water lines in kitchen needs hooked up hot water take is busted but is and can be fixed easily the guts in the bathroom vent fan is stripped out but it can be a lot of fun for you and your family im the one who redid this camper for the owner he actually gave up on it and bought a 40ft 2012 model so that's the reason I finished this and am posting it for him will write a bill of sale for comfort to you if need be its been in his ownership for 3yrs now and there's been no problem I actually work for the past owners of it there will never be an issue with it as far as the title but yeah its decent for its year call text or email looking to sale fast to put 40ft in its place three 0 four 5 five one six 74 five
