Please help with mobility scooter (Moundsville wv)

A good friend of mine has a deformed back and his scooter was stolen. We can't afford to help him replace it and his insurance won't either. I am praying someone has one that they are willing to donate to him. Even if it needs new batteries or wheels. I can try and fix it and get it to him.
